Seasons of Blossom deals with some heavy motifs, but in a veritably warm, wistful kind of way that strikes just the right balance of bittersweet. Throughout these first four short occurrences( each bone
is roughly 20 twinkles long), history and present weave together to tell one story of love, loss, and eventual mending.

The story is set forward in two timelines with our heroine, HAN SO- MANG( So Joo- Yeon), as the connection point between them. In the present day, she returns to her old high academy as a pupil schoolteacher, which inescapably stirs up recollections of her first love, Foot HA- MIN( Seo Ji- Hoon!), who took his own life while they were still scholars.

So- mang chose to pursue those recollections designedly, but she’s still unrehearsed for how inviting they are. She sees him far and wide, and we follow as she steps into dreamlike recollections of stormy summer afterlife in the academy’s art room where they both used to take a retreat.

So- mang, a shy nonconformer, liked to paint during lunch because that was when she felt truly comfortable and free to express herself. In discrepancy, Ha-min was the popular, friendly class chairman who intimately kept everyone at arm’s length and demanded a place where he could drop the vivacious façade and articulation without fear of damaging his character.

In that art room, So- mang saw the side of Ha- min no bone
differently did. Though he'd happily accept gifts from his sweeties in class, he’d latterly toss the whole box in the trash without reading the accompanying note. To further cover his image, he’d made So- mang pledge not to speak to him outside of that room, or indeed let on that they knew each other. But as the recollections sluggishly unfold, we see that their time together fostered a genuine fellowship.

The first time that present-day So- mang sets bottom in the art room, she’s so overcome with the rush of recollections that she faints. also, while walking down the hallway, she sees Ha- min coming toward her and reaches a hand up to his face as her eyes fill with gashes. But of course, it isn’t him it’s his youngish family, LEE JAE- MIN( Kim Min- kyu), now a pupil at this academy.

Jae- min had moved down with his mama after Ha- min’s death, and only lately transferred back to live with his pater. History isn’t talked about important in his circles; in fact, utmost of his musketeers suppose he’s an only child.
