How to Cancel a Flight on Delta Airlines?

Three options are available to passengers for cancelling their Delta flights:

Online flight cancellation for Delta: To cancel a Delta flight online, follow these steps:

Go to the 'My Trip' section at delta.com.
To recover the reservation, enter the passenger's first and last name together with the CONFIRMATION NUMBER.
On the "My Trip" tab, once you have found your flight reservation, click the "Cancel Flight" button. Select the flight you want to cancel, and the Delta flight cancellation process will be presented to you.
Passengers must pay a fee in accordance with Delta Airlines cancellation policy in order to request cancellation of an existing reservation.
Depending on the kind of ticket and the reasons for the cancellation, you can receive your refund for a cancelled Delta ticket as a Delta Airlines flight credit or to the original source of payment.
Within 7 to 10 business days, customers who purchased a Delta flight may receive their money back in the original manner of payment.
