Traylon Burks and Jahan Dotson both move later in my rankings

Everyone and Madden 23 coins everyone's brother has Sauce Gardner going as the best cornerback in the country this year, and I get it. The obvious second best cornerback will be Derek Stingley Jr, and I agree with that. After that , the mock by Kiper and McShay doesn't work for me.

Daxton Hill at No. 18. Andrew Booth Jr. at No. 25. so we'll need to wait until pick 48 for Kaiir Elam? Is this a joke?

Elam is better than the other two, Hill and Booth Jr. to me I think he's falling. Mel generally confirms that he picked Hill earlier because he personally really likes him. Which doesn't hurt, but scares me to death. I'm taking a guy who exclusively played slot corner during college in the 18th round is really worrying to me.

I was able to see Hill being a part of the late 20s on a playoff team and, more importantly, after Elam was taken off the roster.

This is another Mel selection and he's admitted that Watson may be a bit raw -- but still it's hard to believe that Watson is going to the No. 22. to go with the Packers along with some of the other talent available.

Traylon Burks and Jahan Dotson both move later in my rankings, and I have higher scores on both players. It's amazing to see Watson making this much progress because of his upside, when Green Bay needs desperate need of a well-established, Madden NFL 23-ready receiver who is quick to have an impact.

There is no doubt Watson's physical attributes could help him become a first rounder, I just don't love putting him with Aaron Rodgers.

Linderbaum is as safe as a selection as has been over the past five years. Seriously. He's certainly a center which is a undervalued position however, Linderbaum is a plug-andplay decade-plus player who is likely to rack up several Pro Bowls during his time.

This mock has him going to the Jaguars with the first selection from the round 2. My concern is that it's hard to imagine a smart, well-managed playoff team would not jump at this opportunity to secure the middle of their lineup -- even if it's not an immediate requirement.

Linderbaum is simply too good to allow this to happen.

It's true that it's a second round pick -- however, I'm thinking this could be a mess.

For my eyes, Seattle seems intimately aware of the future, and is recognizing that they're going to be a terrible team by 2022. I actually envy this about them. This is a team playing to improve their depth and made a splash in the QB-rich atmosphere during the 2023 Madden NFL 23 Draft.

Corral feels like an unnecessary waste in a tidal pool this deep. The mud also affects the water in the coming year. If you don't plan to start with him right away to assess, you're throwing away a selection now and making it difficult to justify a QB next year.

I'm not convinced that Seattle falling into this cheap madden 23 coins the talent remaining on the board. Kaiir Elam is on the board here, Skyy Moore is also available.
