Trimbakeshwar Jyotrilinga is very different from the other 12 Jyotirlinga’s. This Jyotirlinga has three faces, considered Lord Braham, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Mahesha. The meaning of the word Trimbak is “Trinities”(Trimurti).

Trimbakeshwar is not only famous for Lord Shiva’s Jyotirlinga, but also this place is the origin of the holy Godavari river (Ganga).
